ASPI Technology Park

The ASPI Technology Park comprises approximately 450 acres within the Grant County International Airport heavy industrial employment cluster. There are approximately 300 acres available in parcels ranging from 10 to 160 acres. The parcels are zoned Heavy Industry, have a myriad of pre-engineering data available including (site dependent) topographic and geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, and surveys. The site conditions are generally ‘flat’ with gravelly soils for easy construction.  The parcels lie within a state-sponsored Large Employer Environmental Impact Statement to accelerate environmental permitting. The U.S. Foreign Trade Zone designation is available.

Existing users within the ASPI Technology Park and GCIA Industrial Cluster include:

Boeing – 737 MAX Service Center

SGL Carbon (BMW Carbon Fiber) – largest carbon fiber production facility in the world.

Fuji Chemical – AstaReal biopharmaceutical division.

Genie Industries/TEREX – manufacturer of aerial work platforms.

US KDK Chemicon Materials – manufacturers electrolytic foil for EV capacitors.

Tama Chemicon – chemical manufacturer to the computer chip and EV battery industries.

General Dynamics – manufacture of special weapon systems and propulsion fuels.
