ASPI Commerce Park

AG Moses Lake Holdings, Inc. proposes sites within its ASPI Commerce Park located at Patton Blvd. and Loring Drive in Moses Lake, Washinton. This site has exiting interior commercial roads, sidewalks, and City of Moses Lake water and sewer utilities. Grant County PUD hydropower – low electric power rates, zoned C-2 general commercial. ASPI Commerce Park is a commercial binding site plan that allows interior lot lines to be adjusted for custom-sized site configuration.

 

This site has easy access to HWY-17 via Patton Blvd. and Stratford Road. Ease access via Hwy-17 to Interstate 90 at Exit 179. Hwy-17 access provides connectivity to all north central Washington points.

 

There is a City of Moses Lake water reservoir located across the street from the site for fire flow.

 

There are exiting environmental engineering reports available.

 

The sites are within the lucrative federally-designed Opportunity Zone.
